| 摘 要： | 学科评价作为科学评价的一个重要内容,受到越来越多的重视。学科发展评价可为学科建设过程中的决策和管理提供依据。杰出人才的研究水平决定于学科的建设水平,也直接反映了学科的发展状况。我国化学学科在过去十余年中取得迅猛发展,科研成果的质量和影响力不断攀升。通过选择1994—2004年间的化学学科国家杰出青年获得者的论文发表数据为研究样本,以科学引文索引为数据源,总结并分析了化学学科中国内杰出人才的论文总数、h指数、论文引用次数等科学计量学指标的变化趋势。研究表明,杰出青年人才的计量学指标能够反映学科发展情况,从而为未来构建完善的学科发展评价计量学指标体系提供了有力的支撑。
