| 摘 要： | 通过深度剖析创新集群的内涵,结合研究和总结西安高新区集群发展的历程,分析了西安高新区实现从产业集群向创新集群转变所具备的优势条件和存在的不足,最后探索性提出西安高新区培育创新集群的对策建议,以期对西安高新区进一步发展有所裨益.
