| 摘 要： | 大学生健康人格的塑造是高校学生管理工作的一项重要内容。应根据大学生身心发展特点和人格状况,加强对大学生的人格教育,坚持以人为本的理念,引导学生塑造健康人格。阐述了人格、健康人格的概念,校园文化的内涵,探讨了在校园文化建设中塑造大学生健康人格的途径和内容,并分析了校园文化建设在促进大学生健康人格塑造方面的作用。

| Abstract: | It is an important task for university to shape the healthy personality of the college students. University should pay attention to the students personality education according to the characteristic of the development of their body and mind and the personality status, shoud stick to the education principle of making the person become the central,guide the students to shape healthy personality. It discusses the concept ofpersonality and the healthy personality, and the connotation of campus-culture, discusses the university student heahhy personality in the campus cuhural-reeonstructi on the way and the content, and analyzes the future direction of campus cultural reconstruction to promote the university student healthy personality mold aspect. |
