剖析希尔“赢得订单标准”理论的思想基础

摘    要:希尔在有关制造战略的论述中,使用赢得订单标准这个术语来说明影响产品销售的竞争因素。之后,希尔的有关术语及理论被战略学者们广泛使用。希尔的“赢得订单标准”理论与赫茨伯格的“双因素”理论具有同样的思想基础。由于希尔的“赢得订单标准”理论于赫茨伯格的“双因素”理论,所以笔者认为希尔的“赢得订单标准”理论的思想基础来源于赫茨伯格的“双因素”理论。

Abstract:In his writing about manufacturing strategy, Terry Hill used the term "order winning criteria"to refer to competitive factors that influence the sale of products. Afterwards, Terry Hill's term and theory arewidely used by other strategy scholars. Through comparative study, the author in this paper finds that TerryHill's "order winning criteria" theory has the same ideological basis as Frederick Herzberg's "motivation- hy-giene" theory. Because Terry Hill's theory came later than Frederick Herzberg's theory, the author believesthat the ideological basis of Terry Hill's theory stemmed from Frederick Herzberg's theory.
