On the Origin of Mao Zedong's Thought of Educating Leading Cadres in the Early Period

Mao Zedong,in his early revolutionary period,attached much attention to personnel training.He adhered to inspiring people by adopting positive life attitudes and self-cultivation,uniting people by founding progressive organizations,offering people insights by running newspaper and writing articles,and training people by running schools.He suggested an entire development of personnel,emphasized on self-education,and he advocated to combine theory with practice.These were the origin of educating CPC leading cadres.
