| 摘 要： | 剖析了目前图书馆员队伍建设存在着自身素质差、管理能力差、情报意识差等主要问题,论述了新时期图书馆员应具备良好的政治素质、高尚的职业道德素质、较高的科学文化素质、较强的现代意识等基本素质,并提出了加强图书馆员队伍建设的主要途径。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the main problems existing in the construction of the librarian team such as their poor quality,poor managerial ability and poor information consciousness.The article discusses the basic qualities that librarians should possess in the new period,such as good political quality,noble professional ethics,higher scientific and cultural quality and stronger modern consciousness.In addition the article puts forward the main means to strengthen the construction of librarian team. |
