My Preliminary Understanding for Developing View of Science

In the decision of the 3rd Session of the 16th Conference of Party,developing view of science was put forward.The nature of the view is to realize better and faster development of economic society;The goal is to make people as anima,promote all-round development and finally achieve "common richness" in China;The contents mean all-round,coordinate and sustained development;The essential requirement means "the Five plans" in the course of building a well-off society across the country and building modernizations.In order to implement developing view of science.we should change our concept,raise ruling competence,transform function of governments and improve style of work.
