高校形势与政策课教学队伍建设的思考

Reflection upon the Enhancement of Teaching Capability on the Course of "Current Situation and Policies" in Colleges and Universities

This paper starts with the significance of the teaching team construction on the course of Situation and Policies at colleges.Through analyzing the current states of teaching team including lack of the teachers,unbalanced qualities of teachers and poor basic skill of teachers,the paper puts forward several constructive suggestions on how to further emphasize the construction of teaching team of Current Situation and Polices,including perfecting teaching team,improving teachers' quality,increasing academic communication,upgrading teachers' scientific research capability and enhancing teaching team management,etc.
