从公共政策角度看我国贫富差距的形成原因及其应对措施

改革开放以来,我国在经济快速增长的同时由于社会不公平导致贫富差距急速扩大,并且贫富差距进一步扩大的趋势十分明显。贫富差距扩大对我国社会经济的健康发展的制约作用已经明显表现出来,引起了全社会的广泛关注。认真分析贫富差距产生的原因,是有效地遏制贫富差距的扩大,促进社会健康发展的前提。文章主要从公共政策角度对我国贫富差距形成的原因进行了剖析,并对如何解决贫富差距过大问题提出了建议。

Gaps Between the Poor and the Rich from the Angle of the Public Policy:Causes and Countermeasures

Since reform and opening up to the outside world,China's economy develops so rapidly.At the same time,the gap between the poor and the rich is being widened rapidly because of the unfairness of the society,and the trend of the gap being further widened is obvious.Today,it is obvious that the widening gap between the rich and the poor has restricted the healthy development of China's economy,which has attracted the widespread attention of the public.Analyzing the cause of the wide gap carefully is the precondition of restraining the gap efficiently and promoting the healthy development of the society.This paper analyses the causes of the wide gap between the poor and the rich,and offers some advice on how to cope with this problem.
