| 摘 要： | 随着国际竞争的日趋激烈,创新型人才的培养势在必行.文章通过对高校教育资源的优化分析,提出在充分利用现代教育资源的基础上培育创新型人才.最后,文章给出了较全面的培育创新型人才的途径及方法.
