| 摘 要： | 高校核心竞争力不是高校各种资源要素、各种竞争能力的简单叠加,而是综合竞争力基础上的关键部分.高校作为一个教学和科研机构,学科是其基本元素和细胞,是高校履行职能的基本载体.高校能否很好地承担教学、科研和服务社会的职能,主要看其学科建设的成就.高校中具有竞争力的优势学科,由于其在学科方向和研究领域处于世界科技发展的前沿,拥有优秀的学科带头人和学术梯队,拥有良好的学科基地和工作条件,建立了科学高效的学科制度和运行机制,因而成为高校的核心竞争力.

| Abstract: | The core competitive force of institutions is not the composition of various resources but the key part on the basis of comprehensive competitive forces.Superior disciplines with competitive forces,a leading position of research direction and domain in the world,excellent disciplines leaders and academic team,scientific foundation,working conditions,disciplines system and operation mechanism,thus become the core competitive forces. |
