A Study on the Leadership Outlook of the 21st Century American Armed Forces

Leadership competence is an important index for the fighting capacity of modern armed forces and leadership outlook is the soul of leadership competence. At present, the American army is carrying out a project for the construction of the "21st Century Army" (digitally controlled army in the years of 2005-2010).
