The Way of Management by Objectives to Course Constructing in University

Courses constructing is a basic project for improving instruction quality totally, which is also meaning to improve the level of running a university. Management by Objectives is one of the modern management methods, which has been one important part of the enterprise management with the continued developing in management practice. This thesis absorbs the fruit from modern enterprise management and makes some preliminary research on Management by Objectives in university courses constructing.
