基于改进TOPSIS法的智能电网综合效益评价

摘    要:智能电网是经济和技术发展的必然结果,节能减排的重要载体,其运行将大幅度提高发电、输配电和用电效率,综合效益显著。本文采用改进的TOPSIS法对广东省5地市智能电网综合效益进行评价。该方法综合考虑待评价电网与和理想电网之间的加权欧式距离和灰色关联度,即从整体又从局部来评价各电网的综合效益,以期为该地区未来的电力发展规划提供参考。

Abstract:Smart grid is an inevitable result of economic and technological development and the important carrier of energy conservation and emissions reduction. Its operation will greatly improve the efficiency of power generation, transmission and distribution and utilization and its comprehensive benefit is remarkable. In this paper, the improved TOPSIS method is adopted to 5 the smart grids in Guangdong province to evaluate comprehensive benefits. This method takes both the weighted Euclidean distance and the associated degree between the five smart grids and the ideal power grid, which as a whole and local level to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of each grid, so as to provide reference for the future planning of the electric power development in this region.
