| 摘 要： | 石油监管已经从严格监管发展到今天的市场化放松监管阶段,政府对石油行业的合理监管会产生良好的经济效益。本文对美国、英国、日本、西班牙和挪威等8个国家的石油监管实践进行了深入研究,总结了各国家的石油监管特点,梳理了监管历程,介绍了监管机构,分析了监管政策,并结合我国石油发展现状提出了参考意见。本文对我国的石油监管有较好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Regulation of oil has been developed from regulation to today＇s market deregulation phase. The government＇s reasonable regulation of the oil industry is benefitual for economics. In this paper, oil practices were studied by eight countries such as the United States, Britain, Japan, Spain, and Norway. The oil regulation characteristics of various countries, regulatory process, regulatory agencies and regulatory policies were summarized in this paper. Combining the current situation of the development of China＇s oil,the paper put forward with reference opinions. This paper has good reference value for China＇s oil regulation. |
