| 摘 要： | 从虚拟企业运营过程来看,目标管理可以贯穿全过程,具有对虚拟企业的控制作用和自我约束作用,并能够保证其成员努力方向的一致性;虚拟企业的目标管理可以分解为可具体操作的四个阶段,每一个阶段都形成一个完整的目标体系,其中还存在有小目标体系,阶段的目标体系又是整个虚拟企业运营的目标体系的分解。

A study on the model of management by objective for virtual enterprise |

| Abstract: | The management by objective plays its role throughout the operation process of virtual enterprises.It has the function of controlling virtual enterprises and self restrict, and guaranteeing the conformity of the effort made by their members.The management by objective can be classified into four stages and each of them has its own frame and is a component of the whole system of management by objective. |
