| 摘 要： | 风险投资与科技环境相互影响 ,协同发展 ,构成了不可分割的整体。从科技环境对风险投资发展的影响出发 ,对美国、德国风险投资发展的科技环境进行了比较 ,结合我国国情 ,对如何培育我国风险投资发展的科技环境得到了一些启示。
