| 摘 要： | 认真学习宣传贯彻十六大精神 ,是全国上下当前和今后一个时期的首要政治任务。高等院校应做到 :1.以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,深入学习十六大精神 ,使基本精神扎根于青年学生头脑中 ;2 .适应形势 ,深刻把握十六大精神 ,用基本精神指导高校思想政治工作 ;3.理论联系实际 ,认真实践十六大精神 ,发挥高校思想政治工作在青年学生成长成才中的重要作用
