| 摘 要： | 本文较系统地研究和总结了改革开放以来浙江省直接、间接金融发展的现状，并运用马克思货币金融理论和邓小平金融思想，提出了市场经济体制下直接、间接金融协调发展的模式，以使两种融资方式能更好地支持经济金融的发展，提高宏观经济金融效益。
