| 摘 要： | 在人力资源管理不断升温的情况下,不少人由于缺乏系统、科学的认识,在观念上仍存在或多或少的误区,其根本原因在于人们忽视了人力资源管理贯穿企业各部门的系统性。因此只有以系统、全局的观点来看待人力资源问题才能从根本上解决这一问题,才能使企业得到长远的发展。

So for long-term development, enterprises should deal with the problem from systematic and overall viewpoint. |
