| 摘 要： | 通过法社会学方法,各选择一个视角将法官与医生、僧侣、律师进行了比较,认为法官品格的精髓在于正义理念;法官的正义理念有着先天的不足,应予以克服;法官坚守其品格的关键在于坚守价值追求的正义本位。

| Abstract: | In perspective of juristic sociology this article compares judges with doctors,monks and lawyers.With this comparison,it concludes that the essence of judge's character is justice concept,such justice concept has its inherent defect which shall be overcome and justice-oriented value judgment is pivotal to uphold the character of judges. |
