| 摘 要： | 本文在深入研究国内快递市场现状的背景下,分析了民营快递企业发展过程中的基本特征,结合国内快递业全面开放的大环境,针对民营快递企业发展中存在的问题及其面对的形势,提出了加强民营快递企业间的战略合作、实施差异化战略及创建强有力的品牌是民营快递企业提高竞争力、保持可持续发展的关键途径。
