青少年网络素质缺陷、成因及对策

完善的网络素质一指人对网络特点、价值的正确认识,二指正确获得、利用、开发网络等方面的能力。目前,青少年网络素质的主要缺陷在:接触、使用网络的不均衡;使用网络的偏颇倾向;不规范的网络行为。由于在学校、社会、家庭三者的原因中,学校教育原因处于最突出地位,因此必须以学校教育作为最重要的突破、并重全面的社会引导与监控:学校必须全面普及网络教育,注重普及建设中的因地制宜,注重网络教育的多学科整合,尤其是技术与人文的整合。社会应提供网络安全教育,加强网络法规建设与监控。

Teenagers' Network Quality: Problems and Solutions

At present,prinicpal problems that remain in teenagers' network quality include:being out o f balance in using the Internet;showing partiality in using the Internet;and behaving not normally on the Internet.In light of the causes of these problems,much attention must be paid both to school education and t o social guidance and supervision.We should make network education universal in schools,laying special emphasis on"suiting the measures to local condit ions"and"multi -discipline integration".The entire society should show concern for network safety education.In the meantime,the legislation and supervision of netw ork need to be strengthened.
