乾隆时期伊犁将军舒赫德新疆事迹的评述

舒赫德是乾隆朝时比较重要的内大臣之一,他曾参加平定准噶尔及平定大小和卓战役的全过程。他曾任协办参赞大臣,为南疆政局的安定作出了重要的贡献。但他仕途坎坷,历被重用,又历遭贬惩。他再入新疆,出任乌什参赞大臣后,在参与处理土尔扈特的回归事件中,起了积极的作用,因而被任命为伊犁将军。此后他按照乾隆帝的谕旨,妥善安置土尔扈特人众,稳定了土尔扈特人心。舒赫德的主要政治生涯都是在西北地区度过的,是新疆历史研究过程中值得重视的人物。

Comment on General Shu Hede's Deeds in Yili Xinjiang During Qianlong Period

Shu Hede,participated in putting down the rebellions of Zhunger and Daxiaohezhuo.He was posted as coordinating official and made outstanding contribution to stabilizing the political situation in South Xinjiang.He experienced weal and woe and then was appointed heavy task and played an important role in coping with the returning event of Turfute.Finally appointed as Yili General.He then in accordance with Qianlong's directives perfectly stabilized the masses of Turfute.He is a historical person worth studying in Xinjiang historical research since he spent most of his life time in North-West China.
