| 摘 要： | 科学技术作为首要的物质与知识创造力,在建构和谐社会中具有巨大的作用,然而正是人类所倚仗的科学技术,由于它与资本、意识形态的联姻而带来的工具理性逻辑等等负面效应,在现代社会不断地产生了意想不到的风险甚至是灾难。为此,科技成果的开发、应用必须坚持三原则,必须抛弃极端功利的实用主义态度,以更好地促进社会和谐与可持续发展。

| Abstract: | As a primary creativity of substance and knowledge, sci-technology plays a vital role in the construction of a harmonious society. But it would bring unexpected risks and calamities to modern society resulted from the negative effect of the instrumental,rational and logical aspects brought about by the marriage between sci-technology and capital,between sci-technology and ideology.So we must persevere with the "three principles" and get rid of pragmatism of extreme utility in developing and applying research findings in order to accelerate a harmonious society and sustainable growth. |
