The theory of enterprise capital structure originates from the case studies of enterprise capital structure in different industries, ownerships and periods. It aims at constructing a quantitative decision making model to optimize capital structure in corporation control, introducing the theory of asymmetrical information via the methods of game theory. This paper undertakes to study management standards and strategies of financing decision and capital structure in enterprises competition. Also, in the view of system and ownership, it reveals the capital structure problems in our enterprises and puts forward countermeasures, which should be major contents in researching the theories of capital structure in our enterprises.
