| 摘 要： | 传统医药学有着广泛的群众基础和厚重的历史积淀,是我国各民族优秀传统文化和现代卫生资源的重要组成部分;传统医药产业作为西部地区拥有资源优势的高新技术产业,具有中国独立知识产权和比较优势。在民族经济学的视野下,西部地区具备吸引传统医药行业技术要素和资金的天然环境,政府和企业还努力营造相应的人文环境,使传统医药产业在西部大开发的大环境中,成长为国民经济中的支柱产业。

| Abstract: | Traditional medicine is popular and has a massy historical accumulation.It is an important part of traditional cultures of all the nationalities in China and it is also a part of resources of modern sanitation.As a high tech.industry in the western part of China,which has the resources advantage,traditional medicine takes the independent intellect right.In ethnic economical view,western part has the natural environment to appeal for the government and enterprises to create relative social environment so that traditional medicine could grow up to a supporting industry in national income. |
