| Abstract: | Through the study of General Secretary Jiang Ze - min's important "Speech on July the First", the author points out that the core of the "Speech" is the important thoughts of the "Three Represents" . The paper discusses, from five aspects, the theoretical quintessence of the theory of the " Three Represents" and puts forth several suggestions to improve the party construction work in our University. |
