| 摘 要： | 权利政治观是构成洛克自由思想的重要组成部分,是《政府论》的论证基础,与其政治社会的构想有着紧密联系,对后世的政治实践与现代政治思潮产生了深远影响。文中从权利政治观入手,着重分析自由权、财产权、革命权在其政治思想中的作用,浅析这种权利政治观的现实意义和内在困惑。

| Abstract: | Natural right concept,an important element in Locke's liberal idea,is the foundation of his argument and analysis in Concerning Civil Government,and it is closely connected with his assumption of the political society.Since Lock's times,this concept has exerted profound influence on the subsequent political practice and modern political ideas in the world.Starting from a discussion of the natural right concept,the present paper focuses on analyzing the impact of natural right on liberty,property right and the right of revolution in his political idea and explains its practical significance and inner perplexity. |
