试论加强高校思想政治工作干部队伍的培训

高校思想政治工作干部队伍基本面虽尚好,但仍存在专业知识不够精,培训不规范不全面等问题。社会对人才素质的要求,思想政治工作者自身素质的提高,高校改革的工作环境与工作对象大学生的一系列新的变化,都凸显了加强培训的必要性。培训内容的重点需放在政治理论学习,思想道德素质提高,思想教育管理的专业知识与计算机网络新知识的学习方面。学历培训、在职进修、举办培训班或专题讨论会、出国考察或校际交流、社会实践、网上远程培训等方式可以达到加强培训的目的。
