| 摘 要： | 自2004年5月以来,关于“民工荒”的报道和文章大量出现,其中不乏精辟和深刻之作,但在政策建议和具体解决办法上略显乏力,文章站在人力资源战略角度,通过比较和借鉴美国职业教育模式,提出了自己独到的见解。

This paper, from the strategic angle of human resources, by using educational pattern of vocational education of U.S.A. for reference, puts forward its original opinion. |
