| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后 ,新的国际形势为联合国作用的发挥提供了前提条件和机遇 ,联合国在国际事务中的地位和作用得到明显的加强。但联合国在新的国际形势下也面临一些问题与挑战 ,这些问题与挑战对联合国的未来发展将产生重要影响。
