中国石油公司在苏丹的发展历史研究

中石油一苏丹项目是中国石油海外经营的开山之作，经过中石油和苏丹的共同努力，双方在石油方面的合作取得了可喜成就。目前苏丹是中国第六大石油供应国，中国则成为苏丹最大的贸易合作伙伴。在肯定中国与苏丹合作的巨大成果之时，也应看到其发展过程中所面临的各种问题和挑战，如美国等西方大国的干预、南北苏丹分裂以及现在的冲突等，这些现象危及了我国在苏丹的利益。因而，认真总结中国石油在苏丹发展的历史经验，深刻认识我国石油产业跨国经营所面临的问题，对于今后我国石油工业的海外发展具有重要的意义。

The Study on the Developing History of China Petroleum Company in Sudan

The project of CPC-Sudan is the beginning of oversea business for China Petroleum Company.Through the effort of both China and Sudan,they have made remarkable achievements in the cooperation of petroleum.At present,Sudan is the sixth supplying country for China,while China is the largest trading partner of Sudan.In spite of enormous achievements made by both sides,it is necessary to notice there are different kinds of problems and challenges facing both sides in the developing process,such as the interferences coming from the western countries like America,the separation of south and north Sudan,the present conflicts and so on.These phenomena endanger the benefits of China in Sudan.Therefore,it is of significance for the oversea development of our petroleum industry to sum up the historical experiences of CPC development in Sudan seriously,understand the problems facing the transnational operations of our national petroleum industry deeply.
