从硕士学位论文内部特征透视人才培养格局——以西安建筑科技大学为例

以硕士学位论文成果的内部特征透视西安建筑科技大学人才培养的格局和未来走势。通过对2000年到2008年城乡规划硕士学位论文的数据统计分析，结果显示城市规划研究生培养方向基本覆盖了目前城乡规划一级学科下属的六个二级学科，研究成果并不均衡，主要集中在优势或特色研究领域，对于前沿问题的前瞻性研究和横向比较研究不足，在城市规划历史理论方面存在缺位的情况。才培养所折射出已有的优势和特色研究领域有待强化；同时，师资“学缘”结构有待更新；研究应与现有的重点实验室等平台进行整合，设立前沿问题跟踪研究的长期立项和成果评估体系，充分发挥已有的科技平台优势以真正加强科研投入提高学术研究水平。

A Study on the Talent Cultivation Pattern in View of the Research Interests of Master Dissertations --In the case of XAUAT

Based on the data of the statistic analysis,this paper studies the master dissertations of the Urban-rural Planning graduates in Xi′an University of Architecture And Technology from 2000 to 2009.All the six second-level disciplines subordinated to the first-level one of Urban-rural Planning are involved in the graduate training program,yet the outcomes are disproportional given that graduates’ research interests are centered around the dominant or specified areas with less concern about perspective or cross-sectional research on the frontier issues,let alone the historical theory of urban planning.The paper comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to enhance the research in the dominant area explicit in the program and upgrade the learning-origin structure of the faculty.It is suggested to set up long-term projects and assessing system to trace the research of frontier issues,make full use of the existing technology platform of key laboratories,and encourage graduates’ engagement in scientific research so as to improve the academic level of research.
