论我国公民社会责任感缺失的原因及矫正

随着中国共产党十七届六中全会的召开,党和国家更加注重推进社会主义文化的大发展大繁荣,构建和谐社会的文化建设已被提到重要位置。本文阐述了当今中国公民社会责任感缺失现象产生的原因,提出社会不仅应注重传统文化中文明精华的传播,坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为导向,通过教育来提高国民素质,形成良好的社会风气,还应采取切实有效的措施,完善相关法律机制和舆论引导监管机制,从而对社会责任感缺失现象实施有效的心理疏导。

On the Causes and the Improvement of the Absence of the Sense of Civic Duty in China

As the Sixth Plenary Session of 17th CPC Central Committee Conferences was open,CPC and the state have paid more attention to promoting the development and prosperity of socialist culture and referred it to an important position the cultural construction of building a harmonious society.Expounding the causes of the absence of the sense of civic duty in the current China,this paper puts forward that a society should be concerned about disseminating the essence of civilization in its traditional culture,persevering in the orientation of the socialist core values,and improving the national quality with sufficient education and perfect social conduct.Moreover,it is important to take effective measures to improve the relevant legal mechanism and the regulatory regime of public opinion,and provide sufficient psychological counseling to the absence of the sense of civic duty in China.
