组织自我超越的机制研究

摘    要:针对组织自我超越过程中遇到的一些障碍,探讨组织自我超越的机制构建,如激励机制、创新机制等。结果表明,组织自我超越最重要的是形成组织自我超越的自组织机制,使自我超越成为组织自觉的行为。

Abstract:Directing against the barriers that will be encountered in the course of organization's personal mastery,the paper discussed the corresponding mechanisms, such as the incentive mechanism and the innovation mechanism.The results show that it is most important to establish the self-organization mechanism,to make the personal mastery become an aware behavior of an organization.
