对教育管理研究范式的思考

摘    要:实证与诠释是教育管理研究方法的哲学基础。教育管理研究循着诠释-实证-诠释-实证的发展脉络,从20世纪初开始,逐步形成了西方教育管理以实证为主的研究范式,我国则更多地选择了以诠释为主的研究范式。单一的研究范式都有其缺点,选择和发展以复杂科学为哲学基础的综合范式,是教育管理研究范式发展的未来趋势。

Abstract:Demonstration and interpretation are the philosophical foundations of the education management research methods.From the early 20th century,education management research has formed two models,i.e.,demonstration and interpretation.Following the developing venation of interpretation-demonstration-interpretation-demonstration,a research paradigm was formed gradually of Western education management mainly through demonstration of the main.China has chosen mostly the research paradigm through interpretation.A single research paradigm always has its shortcomings.It is the future trend of development of education management research paradigm that choosing and developing the integrated paradigm with the complex science as its philosophical basis.
