| 摘 要： | 在中西方伦理思想中,“爱”都是一个十分核心的概念。差等之爱与平等之爱是中西方“爱”的伦理思想的明显差异。中国历史上的儒家的差等之爱,长期以来被国人奉为一个基本的道德原则,并局限于五伦与三纲为基础的礼制框架内,从而使其无法跳出宗法血缘社会的羁縻。而在西方社会,关于平等之爱的思想总是与正义、平等、博爱、自由、法治等价值观联系在一起,并广泛渗透到以平等为其本质之一的意识形态和政治法律系统之中。

| Abstract: | In Chinese and western ethic ideas,"love" is a very kernal concept. Hierarchycal love and equal love are the obvious differences in Chinese and western ethics of love.The hierarchical love in Confucianism in Chinese history has been regarded as a basic moral principle in China,and is confined to Three Cardinal Guides and Five Constant Virtues,so the pursuit for nature and harmony can not break away from the society.But in western society,the idea of equal love is always connected with justice,equality,universal love,freedom,law-governing values,and widely permeates the ideology and politics and law system. |
