上海市快速路路段通行能力随机性研究

为了提高快速路运行评价方法的准确性,改变以往快速路通行能力为固定值的概念,认为快速路路段通行能力是一个随机变量,并通过概率分布函数来表示。经过对上海市快速路实际数据的回归分析与比较,认为快速路路段随机通行能力分布服从威布尔分布。为后续快速路的随机性研究与运行评价方法的改善提供了支持。

Stochastic Capacity Analysis of Shanghai Expressway Segment

In order to heighten the accuracy of expressway operation evaluation method instead of traditional constant value, the capacity of expressway segment is regarded as a random variable, shown with probability distribution function. Stochastic analysis and comparison indicates that the random capacity of Shanghai expressway segment defers to Weibull-distribution, which provides supporting for improvement of stochastic analysis and evaluation method.
