产业是由众多的企业构成的,产业也是众多在位企业面临的重要的外部环境,产业的演进导致企业面临的经营环境的变迁,企业必须根据外部要求,结合自身的资源、能力和战略意向等因素,综合考虑,选择适合时宜、适合自身的成长策略.为此,必须把企业成长战略模式的选择这个课题放在产业演进中加以考察.本文正是基于这样的考虑,将产业演进和企业成长模式的适应性调整有机地结合在一起,考察了在产业演进过程中,企业成长模式调整变迁的基本规律.

Adaptability Adjustment of Enterprise Growth Pattern

An industry is formed by numerous enterprises. The industry also is the most important external environment that enterprises are faced with. Therefore, the enterprise must adopt the growth pattern strategy according to the industrial evolution in order to find some useful theory. This paper based on such consideration puts forward the growth pattern adopting action strategy of the enterprise. This thesis proposes that corporations must choose the right growth pattern to grow up according to the industrial evolution, their condition, their strategic target as well as their capability and resource if they want to make a great progress.
