Analysis on the Relations between Wages and Price Changes

On the basis of theories with practical cases and qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, the author has expounded that: (1) wages increase is not the main driving force of price rising; (2) wages change is accompanied by price change and vice versa, and cannot alter existing relations between supplies and demands, the problem of inflation driven by demands therefore still does not exist; (3) price rising after wages increase cannot be simply looked as a vicious cycle; (4) a set of the composite policy measures should be adopted to control the wages and price rising in turns.
