| 摘 要： | 本科教学工作水平评估政策在部分高校执行的过程中发生了政策目标偏离的情况。本文通过厘清评估的政策目标，并以某省属师范学院为例，通过描述本科教学评估政策在该校执行过程中的实际情况，探究该项政策在实施的过程中所出现的政策目标偏离的情况及其原因。
