妇女发展评价指标体系进展的研究

以1945年以来国内外对妇女发展有重大影响的事件作为分界点,可将妇女发展评价指标体系的研究和发展过程分为起步、成长、成熟和发展四个阶段。随着妇女地位的不断提高,发展的内容更加广泛,建立具有性别敏感性、简便易行、普遍适应性和可比性的妇女发展评价指标体系,对于推进真正意义上的男女平等具有重要的意义。

A Research into the Progress of Women's Development Evaluation Index System

This paper takes the great events both at home and abroad since 1945 as demarcation point,which has significant impact on women's development.The research and development process of women's development evaluation index system can be divided into four stages: starting,growing up,mature and well-developing.With the continuous improvement of women's status,the development content is much more extensive.Establishing women's development evaluation index system with gendersensitivity,using-easily,universal adaptability and comparability can have an important significance to promote the true equality between men and women.
