| 摘 要： | 自 1 998年成立以来 ,我国资产管理公司在处置不良资产方面取得了一定成效。但与此同时 ,由于资产管理公司本身定位不明确、相关法律制度的不完善以及资本市场不成熟等因素的存在 ,我国资产管理公司在银行不良资产处置的道路上遇到相当大的困难 ,为使我国不良资产处置工作能顺利进行 ,必须从多方面入手解决这些问题
