| Abstract: | After China enters into WTO,technology companies will be faced with a great historical opportunity and unprecedented challenge.How to seize the opportunity and solve the challenge ? It is a question that every technology company has to think.According to WTO's demand for and focusing on the opportunity and the difficulty,the article offers eight countermeasures for technology companies,including:making core competitive strategy;innovate managing-model;innovating technology;building new style sale-network;absorbing venture capital;improving human resource;creating special enterprise culture and shifting government function. |
