| 摘 要： | 文章论析了高校档案馆藏人文建构的价值定位与构拟设想。重视人本意识与人文关怀 ,是与国际接轨 ,同时又能凸显高校人文优势 ,利于馆藏功能由文件型库房式管理向文化信息中心、人文教育基地的多功能转换。要多元化配置人文资源 ,改变一些不合时宜的倾向 ,不搞形式主义 ,注重实效。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the value orientation and construction consideration of archives collection in institutions of higher learning. Attention to humanism not only conforms to international practice but also displays humanistic advantage in institutions of higher learning. It contributes to the multifunctional transformation of archives collection from file-storeroom management to cultural informaiton center and then to humanistic educational base. Humanistic resources should be pluralistically disposed to rectify current untimely tendency. |
