| 摘 要： | 社会转型期,大学毕业生对职业的评价和选择比任何时候都复杂和多变。研究大学毕业生就业特别是其择业观念是高等教育研究的重要课题。文章界定了择业观念的概念,剖析了社会转型期大学毕业生择业观念的现状;并提出了大学毕业生择业观念调适的策略。

| Abstract: | During the social transition period,the undergraduates from university are more diversified and changeful to the evaluation and choosing of job. For institutions of higher education,it is important to investigate job finding of the graduates,especially the mentality of job-choosing. This essay defines the conception of job-choosing,analyses the current situation of the graduates' conception of obtaining employment during the social transition period,sets forth advices of resolving the problem. |
