检察院·检察权·检察官论

检察机关恢复重建以来的30年,我国检察事业蓬勃发展,检察理论研究也日趋繁荣,出现了一批全国性的检察理论研究组织和学术团体,培养了一支稳定的检察学理论研究队伍,检察学作为一门独立学科的条件日益成熟.但是,理论界对检察学理论体系的观点各异,难以形成一种具有说服力的通说,这一定程度上影响了检察学在学界的认同与关注.笔者将检察院、检察权、检察官作为检察学的基本范畴,运用系统论的方法分析检察学的基本范畴的相互作用与相互关系,并在此基础上构建统一的检察学的理论体系.
