| 摘 要： | 在市场经济和高校扩招的冲击下，本科生就业难成为全社会关注的问题。财经法学因其先天不足，培养的本科生也面临就业难的困境。针对造成就业难问题的原因，解决该问题应采取政府为主导、学校为主体、学生为主角的基本思路。
