| 摘 要： | 本文在对中国行政机关绩效考核体系的现状、问题、成因等进行综合分析的基础上,针对新时期的特点,对完善和改进现行国家行政机关绩效考核体系作了探索,并提出相应措施,以应对现行国家行政机关绩效考核体系的改革方向及重点。
